加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革一：就讀學(xué)校需與注冊學(xué)校一致

　　Applicants must enrollin and continue to pursue studies in Canada. Failure to do so could lead toremoval from Canada.（留學(xué)360介紹，申請者必須在學(xué)校注冊，并且在去往加拿大之后必須是在學(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)，否則會被驅(qū)逐出境。）

　　加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革二：限定學(xué)生可申請學(xué)校范圍

　　Study permitswill only be issued to successful applicants who are pursuing studies at aneducational institution that has been designated to receive internationalstudents.（只有去加拿大指定的具有招收國際學(xué)生資格的教育機(jī)構(gòu)，才能會頒發(fā)學(xué)生簽證。）

　　加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革三：學(xué)生簽證享受每周不超過20小時(shí)工作時(shí)間

　　Study permitswill automatically authorize the holder to work off-campus for up to 20 hoursper week during the academic session and full-time during scheduled breakswithout the need to apply for a separate work permit. The study permit holdermust be pursuing academic, vocational or professional training of six months ormore that leads to a degree, diploma or certificate at a designatedinstitution.（獲得學(xué)生簽證的學(xué)生，會被自動授予校外工作許可(上課期間每周不超過20小時(shí)，放假時(shí)可以全職)，而不需要另外在申請。允許打工的學(xué)生必須是正在接受6個月以上的學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生。）

　　加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革四：實(shí)習(xí)工簽限定政府認(rèn)可教育機(jī)構(gòu)

　　Only internationalstudents who are pursuing studies at a secondary school or at a designatedinstitution may apply for a Co-Op Work Permit if a co-op placement is anintegral part of their course of study.（學(xué)生只有在加國指定院校申請才能申請Co-Op工作許可。）

　　加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革五：訪問簽證持有人在加拿大境內(nèi)可申請學(xué)生簽證

　　Visitors mayapply for a study permit from within Canada if they are at the pre-school,primary or secondary level, are on an academic exchange or a visiting studentat a designated learning institution, or have completed a course or program ofstudy that is a condition for acceptance at a designated learning institution.（交換生和訪問生(包括學(xué)前、小學(xué)和中學(xué))可以在加拿大境內(nèi)申請學(xué)簽。）

　　加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革六：畢業(yè)后學(xué)生簽證有效期90天后失效

　　A study permitbecomes invalid 90 days following the completion of studies unless the foreignnational also possesses a valid work permit or another authorization to remainin Canada.（學(xué)生畢業(yè)后，學(xué)簽的有效期將自動變成90天。除非轉(zhuǎn)工簽或者其他合法途徑，否則無法繼續(xù)合法逗留在加國。）

　　加拿大留學(xué)簽證政策變革七：等候工簽辦理期間可全日制工作

　　Eligibleinternational graduates will be authorized to work full-time after theirstudies are completed until a decision is made on their application for aPost-Graduation Work Permit.（留學(xué)生畢業(yè)后從申請了畢業(yè)工簽開始就可以在加拿大合法工作，除非畢業(yè)工簽被拒了。）

　　總體來說，新的留學(xué)政策有四個大的方向改動：

　　1) 優(yōu)化了留學(xué)群體，把教育機(jī)會給想踏踏實(shí)實(shí)在加拿大讀書的學(xué)生。

　　2) 規(guī)范了留學(xué)市場，政府對選擇留學(xué)生群體時(shí)更加明確。

　　3) 寬松了打工政策，全日制學(xué)生，學(xué)簽=工簽。不需要額外申請打工許可。

　　4) 加速了落實(shí)意向，學(xué)生在畢業(yè)以后三個月必須明確和落實(shí)自己的意向，比如繼續(xù)讀書還是換工簽就業(yè)。不然就必須離開加國。
